Distribution: 6 Anthologies, How Many Libraries

Updated: Aug 5

My writing hasn't been anthologized that much but it does happen once every blue moon. Some of the publishers paid, some did not. All were deeply appreciated. The six anthologies pictured above and listed below aren't the only publications to include my short stories and/or my poems within their pages but these books strike me as a pretty varied representational sample and are all are available at a local library... somewhere. (Please note: You may need to travel overseas to get a copy on loan. Library data was gathered via Worldcat.org which is purportedly the world's largest library catalog online.)

  • Brute: Stories of Dark Desire, Masculinity, & Rough Trade (2023). This short story collection, published by Lethe Press and edited by Steve Berman includes my piece "The Window Inside," previously published in You're Pretty Gay. Per Publishers Weekly: "Erotic horror readers looking for stories that will make even the most kinky squirm will enjoy diving in here." Currently carried by six libraries.

  • Peace in the Valley (2022). Co-edited by Kat M. Harris and Shauna D. Harris, this collection focuses on spirituality from an LGBTQ+ perspective and includes my poem "Calcium" from Periodic Boyfriends. Currently carried by 1 digital library based in the United Kingdom.

  • Cyber Smut: Short Stories and Poetry (2020). Edited by Julianne Ingles and published by Guts Publishing, this collection features my poem "Actinium," also from Periodic Boyfriends. Currently carried by 22 libraries.

  • Stories About Penises (2019). Edited by Julianne Ingles and published by Guts Publishing as well, this collection of poems and stories features "Sonnet 6"," from Infinity Standing Up. Per a writer at Medium: "...from the very first cheeky poem, to the last soliloquy, I found stories of romance, terror, sorrow, hilarity, reflection and so much more." Currently carried at 27 libraries.
