"Fog Machine" Reading

What would happen if the late, great American playwright Eugene O'Neill crashed a modern-day rehearsal for his now-forgotten one-act "Fog"? In Drew Pisarra's latest comedy, actors who drink from a magical whiskey bottle are possessed by the dead writer's spirit. What results is a wholly new experience challenging preconceptions about casting based on gender and race, and reflecting O'Neill's own early career efforts to create a more inclusive theater. The Drawing Board NYC presents the first public reading of this new script with a talented cast of NYC actors: Ed Hyland (Eugene O'Neill), Tommy Walters (John), Paden Fallis (Billy), Mia Gentile (Helen), Amara James Aja (James), Michelle Maryn Lee (Mary) and Desiree Baxter (Director).
